How do you find out about our auctions? My friends told me about your auction and escorted me there for my first visit on Saturday last.
What did you think about the selection? Thought there was a good selection: furniture, decorative items, clothing, jewellery - lots of variety.
How did you find our auctioneer?  (clairity, informative, speed, comments, etc.) Al moves along quickly. He is informative, descriptive, congenial and easy to follow.
How often do you attend our auctions? I plan on attending regularly - bi monthly.
What other auctions have you attended in the past? I go to estate auctions for the most part; sometimes I attend surplus or freight auctions.
How did you find our check out staff? (comments) The staff is attentive and helpful; they make an effort to acknowledge the client.
How did you find our delivery service? (comments) Have not used it yet.
How did you find our front desk registration staff? (comments) Kristin is delightful; she is warm, patient with newcomers and professional.
Will you attend our auctions again? Absolutely.
What did you think of the prices overall? Prices are reasonable and occasionally, surprisingly good; they offset, somewhat, the high premium.
Would you recommend this auction to your friends? Only to really good friends who would not bid against me.
Other Comments: The auction location is quite far for me to travel so I appreciate the change of site sometimes.
